The TIARAs are back! …... in a new home!!...…. in
the picturesque north western Cradle Coast of Tasmania
nestled in the rolling hills of Latrobe ….. this year telecast in an
hour long Southern Cross national presentation …. a major event on
Independent artist calendars, TIARA’s will host their 2012 Awards evening on
Sunday April 1 ….... the highlight of a three day festival from Friday March
30th to Monday April 2nd….... Entries
are NOW OPEN, closing Friday 24 February!!

a service to the CRS artists, I’d like to compile a database of local country
music festivals around Australia
(whether big or small) that I can send to them to offer them an increased
opportunity to perform live throughout the year.
It
would be greatly appreciated if you could let me know whether your town or

can begin to build this new service for our artists.

was written and directed by Janine Hosking. The title came about –
because of a Queensland radio station in January 2008.

Artist 2012’ at the Meet n Greet Country Awards during the annual event

Crowd pleasers Those Gals
launched their latest album tonight at the Pub in Tamworth.
‘By request’ synonymous
with its name, this album is a rare collection of the best from this trio known
to have put their stamp on a couple of classics, blending vocals and finely
tuned harmonies to deliver what local audiences have become to know as ‘their’
songs, Fly like a Bird, Unchained Melody, The Rose, Black Velvet, Silver Wings,
Peaceful Easy Feeling and a group favourite ‘
I Only Wanna Be With You.
A Happy New Year for Doug Bruce
Doug Bruce has welcomed in 2012 with a bang. After two of
his songs made the Top 100 CMC hits of 2011, Doug picked up two nominations in
this year's CMC Music Awards.
Honky Tonk Shoes was first nominated amongstthe top 50 finalists in the CMC Video of the Year
category.
